May Bank Holiday
All orders placed after 4pm on Friday 26th May will be dispatched on Tuesday 30th May, due to the May Bank Holiday.Dispatch Promise
We aim to process, and dispatch orders made before 16:00 GMT on the same working day. If your order is made after this on Friday, at the weekend or a Bank Holiday, it will be dispatched the next working day.
Please note: If you place your order after 16:00 GMT on Thursday, your order will be dispatched on Friday - please check your courier service before completing your order. If you would like your parcel delivered on Saturday, please select DPD Saturday at checkout.
We despatch orders Monday - Friday and are closed Saturday and Sunday. If your order is placed past 16:00 GMT on a Friday afternoon we will despatch this Monday morning.
Please note: During busy periods, delivery estimates may be unreliable due to delivery delays and inconsistent working patterns.

CAN I AMMEND MY SHIPPING OPTION?
If you wish to amend your choice of delivery service after you have placed your order, you must contact us at enquries@designerwear.co.uk and inform us of your preferred service no later than 15:30 GMT. We will be in contact with you regarding this change and may require additional payment for variances in delivery charges.
Please note: Any delays in communication or additional payment may postpone your order for dispatch at a later time.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

All of our orders are sent on a tracked service. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. If you do not receive a tracking number, please contact us;

CUSTOMS & DUTIES
We cannot be held responsible for customs or duty charged by a destination country.
All shipments will be declared to customs at the correct order value. If you are unsure about customs charges, you should contact your local customs office for all of the relevant information on customs duty.
DELIVERY OPTIONS
Some couriers will offer services such as 'deliver to a safe place' or 'leave with a neighbour'. Please note these options are within agreement between yourself and the chosen courier, Designerwear is NOT responsible for any loss or damage that may occur.
